Nevada has begun to explore locavore options. On October 21st Quail Hollow Farm is presenting their 1st Annual Farm to Fork Dinner Event at their farm.

 

Quail Hollow Farm is located in Overton, Clark County, Nevada, just 50 miles north of Las Vegas and around the corner from Lake Mead. Quail Hollow is a CSA farm (Community Supported Agriculture); they sell shares of the farm and the purchaser gets a basket of fresh food on a regular basis.

The event begins at 5:30 PM and includes a tour of the farm, followed by dinner under the stars with Bach playing. Hey, sounds like a great evening!

Tickets are $75 individual and $125 per couple. Wine pairing is available for an additional fee.
