Organic Balsamic Vinegar from New Mexico Tasting This Friday
Artisanal Foods’ Brett Ottolenghi announced that they are having a tasting featuring organic balsamic vinegar produced at Monticello in New Mexico by Steve and Jane Darland, who will be present.
The balsamic vinegar is aged for 12 years in wood casks at their vineyard in New Mexico. Hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail featuring their Balsamic will be served. This is a free tasting and all who appreciate artisanal foods are welcome. Anticipate additional specialty foods to be sampled.
The tasting is Friday Nov. 18th, ongoing from 5-8pm.
