Designed by Sam Wilkinson, the plumen lightbulb is the antithesis of the low energy lightbulb. Interesting and attractive, the bulb uses 80% less energy than a traditional incandescent and allows the user to show a low energy lightbulb in the home without the regular drab design.

The recipient of much press and awards, including the 2011 Design of the Year Award, the Plumen is finally available in the United States for 110V.
