Guests can savor innovative cocktails during the celebration including the Green Tea Sour, made from a combination of green tea, Chivas, St. Germain and is priced at $13.
Also known as the Spring Festival, Chinese New Year marks the end of the winter season, and is a time to resolve resentments and to wish peace and happiness. Celebration traditions include: Dragon and Lion dances, fireworks, family gatherings, visiting friends and relatives, and red color decorations for happiness, wealth, prosperity, longevity, and good luck in the New Year. China Poblano is the perfect place to celebrate the Chinese New Year with modern communal tables that are ideal for sharing innovative dishes with friends and families. In the spirit of the holiday, China Poblano will feature celebratory décor including red glass lanterns and festive dragon heads.
